Vegan Sausage Stew with Tomato and Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 10 sausages (@halsanskok)
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes 390g
  • 1 dl vegan cream
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion and the sausages into pieces.

  2. Fry them off in a pan in some oil for a few minutes until they get some colour.

  3. Add the crushed tomatoes and the cream.

  4. Stir, add the rest of the ingredients and let the stew simmer for a little while before eating.

  5. Serve with rice.
