Vegan Sausage Stew with Tomato and Cream
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 10 sausages (@halsanskok)
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes 390g
- 1 dl vegan cream
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Chop the onion and the sausages into pieces.
Fry them off in a pan in some oil for a few minutes until they get some colour.
Add the crushed tomatoes and the cream.
Stir, add the rest of the ingredients and let the stew simmer for a little while before eating.
Serve with rice.
