Instant Vegan Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1-2 tbsp tapioca flour (or corn flour)
  • 200ml vegetable stock liquid (or plain water)
  • Pasta of choice, cooked

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients until they’re lump-free (sifting is recommended).

  3. Heat the broth in a saucepan and mix in the dry sauce mix, then cook and whisk until the sauce is thick and creamy.

  4. Mix the sauce with the pasta and enjoy!
