Instant Vegan Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1-2 tbsp tapioca flour (or corn flour)
- 200ml vegetable stock liquid (or plain water)
- Pasta of choice, cooked
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Mix the dry ingredients until they’re lump-free (sifting is recommended).
Heat the broth in a saucepan and mix in the dry sauce mix, then cook and whisk until the sauce is thick and creamy.
Mix the sauce with the pasta and enjoy!
