Roasted Red Pepper Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • a pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together in a good processor or high powered blender and voilà! that’s it that’s all hummus for all

  2. Garnish with some fresh homemade pico de gallo or salsa and serve up with anything dippable

  3. For the roasted red pepper, i usually just open the pepper, de-seed it and broil in the oven for 10 or so minutes until it starts to char
