Easy Black Bean Hummus with Avocado Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp each salt, chili powder, paprika & cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder or 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 - 1 whole jalapeno
  • 1/3 c cilantro
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3-4 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.

  2. Top with avocado oil and pimientos.

  3. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips, pita bread, naan or pretzels.
