Easy Black Bean Hummus with Avocado Oil
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp each salt, chili powder, paprika & cumin
- 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder or 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 - 1 whole jalapeno
- 1/3 c cilantro
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3-4 tbsp water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
Top with avocado oil and pimientos.
Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips, pita bread, naan or pretzels.
