Creamy Tahini Garlic Sauce with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup/120 ml tahini (try to get some of the runny original arabic good stuff)
  • 3/4 cup/180 ml water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 fresh clove)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, I haven’t used it because of my HI)

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a small blender or food processor and mix until everything is well combined.

  2. Be careful if using raw garlic, especially if you have histamine intolerance.
