Garlicky Chickpea Buddha Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of garlic powder
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- water thin
Preparation
Whisk tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt into a tick paste
Add water 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency
If you want a touch of sweetness add maple syrup
