Garlicky Chickpea Buddha Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • water thin

Preparation

  1. Whisk tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt into a tick paste

  2. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency

  3. If you want a touch of sweetness add maple syrup
