Black Bean Hummus with Cilantro and Jalapeño
Ingredients
- 1 15oz can black beans (1 1/2 cups if prepared from dried)
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 jalapeño (roasted)
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Puree in a blender until smooth.
