Delicious Black Bean Hummus with Fresh Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans
- 1/2 a lemon (juice only)
- 1 small handful of cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Serve on top of whole grain crackers and vegetables.
