Ingredients

  • 1/2 Siggi's plain probiotic yogurt
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Lots of spinach
  • A handful of blueberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Flax seeds
  • Almond butter
  • Almond milk

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Purely Elizabeth gluten-free granola

Preparation

  1. Blend the yogurt, avocado, spinach, blueberries, cinnamon, flax seeds, almond butter, and almond milk until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings: blueberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and granola
