Scrambled Eggs with Avocado and Brussels Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ghee
  • 1 slice sprouted bread
  • avocado
  • leftover spicy Brussels sprouts
  • spinach
  • red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and scramble the eggs until cooked

  2. Sauté the spinach in a pan until wilted

  3. Toast the sprouted bread until golden brown

  4. Assemble the dish by placing avocado on the toasted bread, then add scrambled eggs, sautéed spinach, and leftover spicy Brussels sprouts.

  5. Top the entire bowl with red pepper flakes for added spice
