Spicy Gochujang Cauliflower Bites with Tahini
Ingredients
- 2 tsp gochujang or sriracha
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 6 tbsp water
- 2 cups raw cauliflower
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs or gluten-free bread crumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine all ingredients except cauliflower and bread crumbs in a medium bowl and mix until slightly thickened sauce forms.
Add cauliflower pieces and toss to coat in the sauce.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over the cauliflower and toss to evenly distribute.
Place coated cauliflower on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
Carefully flip the cauliflower pieces with a fork and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
