Chickpea Protein Mixed Cocopop Balls
Ingredients
- 150g tinned chickpeas
- 30g vanilla soy isolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 5g cacao powder
- 5g peanut butter powder
- 150ml almond milk
- 10g chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend the chickpeas, protein powder, and water.
Separate the mixture into two parts.
Add cacao powder to one part.
Add peanut butter powder to the other part.
Roll the mixture into mini balls.
Place the balls on a non-stick baking pan.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
Pour plant-based milk over the balls and add chocolate chips.
