Jammy Fudge Blondies Dessert Bars
Ingredients
- 100g powdered peanut butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 100g maple syrup or agave
- 1 tin chickpeas
- 1 scoop vanilla soy isolate protein powder
- 100g strawberry jam (no added sugar)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Spread the batter evenly on the tray.
Add the jam on top and create swirls through the batter and jam.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool, then store in a container in the fridge for freshness.
