Jammy Fudge Blondies Dessert Bars

Ingredients

  • 100g powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 100g maple syrup or agave
  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 1 scoop vanilla soy isolate protein powder
  • 100g strawberry jam (no added sugar)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

  2. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

  3. Spread the batter evenly on the tray.

  4. Add the jam on top and create swirls through the batter and jam.

  5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool, then store in a container in the fridge for freshness.
