Chickpea Brownie Batter Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a can of chickpeas (i used 1 small can)
  • ✨ 1/3 large vegan mylk chocolate bar (about 35g)
  • ✨ 1 tbsp vegan chocolate spread/nut butter
  • ✨ maple syrup, to taste (i added ~1 tbsp)
  • ✨ (optional) plant milk
  • ✨ (optional) pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Wash and drain the chickpeas, place them in a food processor

  2. Melt the vegan chocolate, then add to the food processor along with the chocolate spread and maple syrup (and salt, if using)

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. If you want more of a dip, add a splash of almond milk and blend until desired consistency

  5. Recommended) eat some immediately as its soft and like a sweet brownie batter (perfect with ice cream)

  6. And/or place the rest in the fridge overnight

  7. In the morning, roll the dough into balls, eat now or keep in the fridge to set
