Homemade Vegan Twix Protein Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 50g vanilla soy isolate
  • 50g coconut flour
  • 80ml almond milk
  • 80ml water
  • 20g light syrup
  • some baking powder

Caramel layer

  • 40g powdered peanut butter
  • 15g light syrup
  • 15g coconut oil

Chocolate layer

  • 100g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients together and place into a baking lined dish.

  2. Place the base in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

  3. Mix the middle layer ingredients together.

  4. Let the bottom layer cool down out of the oven and then place the middle layer on top.

  5. Place the dish in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  6. While it hardens in the fridge, melt the dark chocolate.

  7. Take the dish out of the fridge and spread the melted chocolate on top.

  8. Let the chocolate layer harden and then cut into 10 equal bars.

  9. Alternatively, you can eat it from the tray.
