Gingerbread People Pre-Workout Snack Treat
Ingredients
- 30g spelt flour
- 15g vanilla soy isolate
- 10g unsweetened soy yogurt
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp gingerbread syrup
- a little squeeze of lemon
- some baking powder
- extra cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a dough
Roll out and cut out gingerbread people shapes
Bake in oven for 15 minutes
Draw faces on with an edible pen
Dip in tea or coffee and enjoy
