Gingerbread People Pre-Workout Snack Treat

Ingredients

  • 30g spelt flour
  • 15g vanilla soy isolate
  • 10g unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp gingerbread syrup
  • a little squeeze of lemon
  • some baking powder
  • extra cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a dough

  2. Roll out and cut out gingerbread people shapes

  3. Bake in oven for 15 minutes

  4. Draw faces on with an edible pen

  5. Dip in tea or coffee and enjoy
