Orange Chocolate Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1-2 tsp water
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend oats and walnuts till it resembles a flour

  2. Blend in orange zest, almond butter, coconut oil and maple syrup until combined

  3. Add 1-2 tsp water to achieve a soft dough that can easily be formed into balls

  4. Take a heaping tbsp of dough and roll into a ball

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
