Orange Chocolate Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1-2 tsp water
- 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
Preparation
In a food processor, blend oats and walnuts till it resembles a flour
Blend in orange zest, almond butter, coconut oil and maple syrup until combined
Add 1-2 tsp water to achieve a soft dough that can easily be formed into balls
Take a heaping tbsp of dough and roll into a ball
Store in an airtight container in the fridge
