Easy Vegan Mango Cashew Coconut Balls
Ingredients
- 3 handfuls cashews
- 1 handful dried mango
- 2-3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Vanilla
- Coconut shreds
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Cover the balls with coconut shreds.
No need to measure precisely; freestyling works fine. Try not to eat them all at once.
