Easy Vegan Mango Cashew Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 handfuls cashews
  • 1 handful dried mango
  • 2-3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Vanilla
  • Coconut shreds

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together until a dough-like consistency is achieved.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls.

  3. Cover the balls with coconut shreds.

  4. No need to measure precisely; freestyling works fine. Try not to eat them all at once.
