Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs flax meal
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 serving unflavored clean plant protein
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • optional : 1 tbsp ashwaghanda

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, add flax and water and let sit for 5 minutes

  2. Add bananas and mash until creamy

  3. Add nut butter, maple and vinegar

  4. Stir in flour and protein until dry ingredients are well absorbed

  5. Add baking soda and cinnamon and stir

  6. Pour into a lightly oiled bread pan, top with chocolate chips and sea salt

  7. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
