Easy Chocolate Cornflake Bars
Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup dates
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Cornflakes layer
- 150g coconut cream
- 30g coconut oil
- 100g sugar
- 1 cup cornflakes
Preparation
Blend all the base ingredients together.
Press the mixture into a lined loaf tin.
Add the cornflakes layer ingredients except cornflakes to a small pot and cook on medium heat until it becomes thicker.
Stir in the cornflakes.
Spread the cornflakes mixture over the chocolate base.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
