No-Bake Vegan Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter

Cheesecake layer

  • 2/3 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Handful raspberries
  • Dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend the dates with oats, cocoa powder, and nut butter, then transfer to a small loaf pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

  2. Mix the coconut yogurt, protein powder, and nut butter, then spread it on the base.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate

  4. Add the raspberries on top and drizzle the melted chocolate on top.

  5. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
