No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Squares

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup dates
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter

Cheesecake layer

  • 2/3 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Handful blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend dates with oats and nut butter and transfer it to a small loaf pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.

  2. Mix coconut yogurt, protein powder and nut butter and spread it on the base.

  3. Add the blueberries on top and put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
