Homemade Vegan Snickers Bars with Caramel

Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh dates or soaked dried dates
  • 100 ml almond milk (adjust quantity for desired consistency)
  • 100 g peanut butter (alternative: peanuts)
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g roasted peanuts (unsalted)
  • 130 g flour
  • 30 g sugar
  • 80 g vegan butter
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix the dates and almond milk to create a caramel-like mass, adjusting the milk for consistency.

  2. Mix in the vanilla sugar and peanut butter.

  3. Stir in the roasted peanuts.

  4. For the base, mix the flour, sugar, vegan butter, and vanilla sugar to form a dough.

  5. Press the dough into a form.

  6. Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.

  7. Bake the dough at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
