Five Ingredient Cookie Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour (one cup self raising and one cup chickpea flour*)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water
  • 1/4 cup Nut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Sweetener
  • Choc Chips (amount of preference)

Frosting

  • 1/4 cup Icing Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Mix all the cookie bread ingredients together.

  2. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Allow to cool before frosting.

Tips

  1. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
