Five Ingredient Cookie Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour (one cup self raising and one cup chickpea flour*)
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1 cup Sparkling Water
- 1/4 cup Nut Butter
- 1/3 cup Sweetener
- Choc Chips (amount of preference)
Frosting
- 1/4 cup Icing Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
Preparation
Mix all the cookie bread ingredients together.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
Allow to cool before frosting.
Tips
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
