Super Easy Vegan Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet potato purée
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pie crust
Preparation
Mix all ingredients until you get an even consistency.
Pour into a pie crust.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 360 degrees.
Variations
Substitute sweet potato purée with pumpkin purée to make a pumpkin pie variation.
