Pb Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop peanut butter protein
  • 2 tablespoons flour of choice
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup soya milk + 2 tablespoons if it’s too thick
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • optional toppings of choc chips and more nut butter
  • tiny bit of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry and then add the “wet”

  2. If your scoop of protein powder is small, add a bit extra so the mixture isn’t runny

  3. I microwaved mine for 2 mins, checking on and off but it would be as good i’m sure if you baked it

  4. Top as you like and enjoy
