Pb Protein Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 scoop peanut butter protein
- 2 tablespoons flour of choice
- 2 tablespoons dairy free yogurt
- 1/4 cup soya milk + 2 tablespoons if it’s too thick
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- optional toppings of choc chips and more nut butter
- tiny bit of salt
Preparation
Mix all dry and then add the “wet”
If your scoop of protein powder is small, add a bit extra so the mixture isn’t runny
I microwaved mine for 2 mins, checking on and off but it would be as good i’m sure if you baked it
