Pumpkin Cinnamon Pancakes with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes superfood pancake mix
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop Tonic products collagen

Toppings

  • Fage yogurt
  • Purely Elizabeth pumpkin cinnamon granola
  • Simply balanced pure maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together to make the batter.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight if preparing in advance.

  3. Warm the pancakes after retrieval from the fridge.

  4. Top with yogurt, granola, and maple syrup before serving.
