Stuffed Banana Breakfast with Almond Butter and Raspberries

Ingredients

  • 1 organic banana
  • almond butter
  • crushed raspberries
  • granola
  • coconut shreds

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Slice the banana down the middle and gently pull apart to fit the almond butter and raspberries inside.

  3. Once stuffed, place on foil in the oven for 10 minutes.

  4. Top with granola, coconut shreds, or whatever you like.
