Paleo Pumpkin Waffle Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cassava flour
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp baking soda
Toppings
- frozen berries
- almond butter
- pumpkin seeds
- granola
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter
Preheat the waffle iron
Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown
Serve with desired toppings
