Banana Pecan Chocolate and Raspberry Chia Oats

Ingredients

Banana pecan chocolate oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • handful chopped pecans
  • handful dark chocolate chunks

Raspberry chia oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup raspberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Bake the oat mixture in an oven-safe dish for 25 minutes

  3. Top with almond butter, peanut butter, or whatever you like
