Fig Baked Oats with Honey and Pecans
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup @bobsredmill rolled oats
- 1/2 cup @califiafarms unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- cinnamon
Topping
- @thebettermrkt unfiltered honey
- brown sugar
- sliced organic black figs
- crushed pecans
Preparation
Scoop mixture into oven safe dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Toss sliced figs in a mixture of honey and brown sugar, then sprinkle with crushed pecans for the topping.
