Creamy Baked Oats with Banana Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
- caramelized banana
- peanut butter
- almond milk greek yogurt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together.
Scoop the mixture into an oven-safe dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
After baking, top with caramelized banana, peanut butter, and almond milk greek yogurt.
