Vanilla and Chocolate Marble Cupcakes
Ingredients
Cake mixture
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fine grain sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup corn oil
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

- whipped cream
- chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C and set the middle rack. Prepare large cupcake molds and line with paper cups.
On a piece of parchment paper or in a deep bowl, sift the flour and baking powder and set aside.
In the mixer bowl, place the sugar, eggs, and vanilla, attach the whisk attachment, and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes until the mixture is light and creamy.
Add the oil and mix on low speed for a few seconds to combine. Add the milk and mix for a few seconds.
Add the flour mixture and mix on medium speed for a few seconds to combine with the egg and milk mixture.
Place half of the mixture in a piping bag, return the mixer bowl, add the cocoa, and mix on low speed for a few seconds.
Place the cocoa mixture in another piping bag.
Pipe a little white mixture into the molds, about 2 teaspoons, then a little cocoa mixture, then white, then cocoa until finished and cups are two-thirds full.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until done. Remove and let cool completely.
In a piping bag with a decorative tip, place the whipped cream and decorate the cupcakes. Sprinkle with a little chocolate.
