Vegan Chocolate Cups with Berry Jam
Ingredients
- Vegan chocolate
- Almond and pecan butter
Raw berry jam
- 1 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or to taste
- 1/4 cup water (more if needed)
- Pinch of pink salt
- 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds
Preparation
Blend the berries, lemon juice, maple syrup, water, and pink salt until smooth
Pour the mixture into a jar and mix with the chia seeds
Close the jar and refrigerate overnight
Melt the vegan chocolate
Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into chocolate molds and chill until set
Add a layer of almond and pecan butter, followed by the prepared berry jam
Top with more melted chocolate and chill until firm
