Healthy Vegan Peanut Butter Chia Pralines

Ingredients

  • 2 dark chocolates (no palm oil, sweetened with stevia)
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup of toasted buckwheat flakes
  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 1/3 cup of Chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • a bit of maple syrup (as desired)

Preparation

  1. Mash the fruit with a fork, heat it to a boil and stir for 1 minute.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and wait a minimum of 30 minutes.

  3. Mix peanut butter with buckwheat flakes and maple syrup.

  4. Put half a teaspoon of the mixture into ice molds.

  5. Put the mold in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Fill the molds with raspberry jam.

  7. Put in the freezer and wait at least 4 hours.

  8. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

  9. Put the frozen mass cubes into the chocolate one after the other.

  10. Enjoy.
