Eggs and Beans on Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices soya and linseed bread
- Spreadable butter
- Baked beans
- 2 eggs
- Chilli and garlic sauce
Preparation
Toast the bread until golden brown.
Cook the baked beans in a saucepan until the sauce thickens.
Fry the eggs in a pan until they reach the desired doneness.
Spread butter on the toasted bread slices.
Top the toast with the cooked beans and fried eggs.
Drizzle with chilli and garlic sauce and serve immediately.
