Egg and Beans on Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sunflower and pumpkin seed bread
- Spreadable butter
- 2 eggs
- Small tin of baked beans
- Chives, sea salt, and chilli flakes
Preparation
Toast the bread slices until golden.
Fry the eggs in a pan with a little oil or butter until done to your liking.
Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan or microwave until hot.
Spread butter on the toast, top with baked beans and fried eggs, then sprinkle with chives, sea salt, and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
