Egg and Beans on Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sunflower and pumpkin seed bread
  • Spreadable butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Small tin of baked beans
  • Chives, sea salt, and chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden.

  2. Fry the eggs in a pan with a little oil or butter until done to your liking.

  3. Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan or microwave until hot.

  4. Spread butter on the toast, top with baked beans and fried eggs, then sprinkle with chives, sea salt, and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
