Stir-Fried Tomato and Egg

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes
  • A bit of salt
  • A bit of sugar
  • Some eggs

Preparation

  1. Chop the tomatoes into pieces

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl

  3. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat

  4. Fry the tomatoes with a bit of salt and sugar until softened.

  5. Fry the eggs separately until cooked.

  6. Mix the fried tomatoes and eggs together in the pan.
