Stir-Fried Tomato and Egg
Ingredients
- Tomatoes
- A bit of salt
- A bit of sugar
- Some eggs
Preparation
Chop the tomatoes into pieces
Beat the eggs in a bowl
Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat
Fry the tomatoes with a bit of salt and sugar until softened.
Fry the eggs separately until cooked.
Mix the fried tomatoes and eggs together in the pan.
