Banana Pancakes with Berry Yoghurt Blend
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth
Allow batter to rest 5-10 minutes (liquid will be absorbed)
Preheat non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter
Cook until you can easily slide a spatula underneath. Flip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on the second side
Repeat until all the batter is used up
Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
