Immune Boosting Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 small slice fresh ginger
- 2 bananas fresh or frozen
- 2 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or any milk
- 1 cup coconut water or normal water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice cubes
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
This recipe yields 6 cups.
