Spinach Mango and Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (peeled)
- 3/4 cup mango chunks (frozen)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Add liquid to blender first, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth and creamy
Pour into your large glass or 2 smaller cups and enjoy, or top with a little desiccated coconut and granola for a bit of texture then ENJOY!
If you eliminate the protein powder, add some maple to sweeten it up slightly - 2 tsp should do it!
