Spinach Mango and Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (peeled)
  • 3/4 cup mango chunks (frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Add liquid to blender first, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth and creamy

  2. Pour into your large glass or 2 smaller cups and enjoy, or top with a little desiccated coconut and granola for a bit of texture then ENJOY!

  3. If you eliminate the protein powder, add some maple to sweeten it up slightly - 2 tsp should do it!
