Refreshing Tropical Chia Parfait with Fruits
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 150 milliliters almond milk
- mango almond yoghurt by wisebunnysaid
- thawed frozen blueberries
- sliced pineapple chunks
Preparation
Combine chia seeds and almond milk, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow it to set.
Layer the set chia pudding with mango almond yoghurt, thawed frozen blueberries, and sliced pineapple chunks in a jar.
