Easiest Healthiest Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 4-6 raw walnuts or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh or ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 cup almond or oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 -1 tsp pumpkin spice mix, store bought or homemade (mix 1/4 tsp each nutmeg, cloves)

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/4 cup rolled oats overnight in 1/2 cup plant milk.

  2. Gather all the ingredients.

  3. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

  4. Drink right away.
