Easiest Healthiest Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1-2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 4-6 raw walnuts or almonds
- 1 teaspoon fresh or ground ginger
- 1 1/2 cup almond or oat milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 -1 tsp pumpkin spice mix, store bought or homemade (mix 1/4 tsp each nutmeg, cloves)
Preparation
Soak 1/4 cup rolled oats overnight in 1/2 cup plant milk.
Gather all the ingredients.
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Drink right away.
