Papaya Coconut Lime Smoothie
Ingredients
- 160 g papaya, cut into cubes and frozen
- 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 4 ice cubes
- shredded or desiccated coconut (to serve)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut. Enjoy!

Papaya contains the enzyme papain which assists with protein digestion and is great to have first thing in the morning.
