Fit Mango Lassi Protein Smoothie with Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vegan yogurt, preferably coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon mango or taste neutral protein powder
- pinch salt
- pinch coconut sugar or 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- fruits for topping
Preparation
Put all smoothie ingredients into your mixer and purée until you get a smooth consistency.
Decorate the bowl with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
