Roasted Figs with Blue Cheese and Honey

Ingredients

  • fresh figs
  • blue cheese or whipped goat cheese
  • chopped pistachios
  • honey

Preparation

  1. Cut figs in half and top with a dollop of creamy blue cheese or whipped goat cheese

  2. Roast figs until cheese slightly melts and figs soften

  3. Top the roasted figs with chopped pistachios and a healthy drizzle of sweet honey
