Quick and Easy Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives, plus some for garnish
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
For serving
- Kettle style potato chips or veggies for dipping
Preparation
Combine dip ingredients in a medium sized bowl, crumbling any larger pieces of blue cheese
Pour into a serving bowl and top with minced chives and fresh cracked black pepper
Serve with kettle style potato chips, crackers, or veggie sticks
Notes
Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It should last about 4-5 days.
