Easy Quick Lightly Salted Cucumber Snack
Ingredients
- 6 cucumbers
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon sugar
- 10-50 grams dill and parsley
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 3-5 black peppercorns
Preparation
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and trim the ends.
For a faster 15-minute version, cut the cucumbers lengthwise into four parts or into circles.
Place the cucumbers in a plastic bag or any container.
Add the herbs, salt, sugar, garlic, and pepper.
Mix well and refrigerate for one hour, stirring regularly.
