Easy Quick Lightly Salted Cucumber Snack

Ingredients

  • 6 cucumbers
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 10-50 grams dill and parsley
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 3-5 black peppercorns

Preparation

  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and trim the ends.

  2. For a faster 15-minute version, cut the cucumbers lengthwise into four parts or into circles.

  3. Place the cucumbers in a plastic bag or any container.

  4. Add the herbs, salt, sugar, garlic, and pepper.

  5. Mix well and refrigerate for one hour, stirring regularly.
