Salad with Crispy Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 5 small or 3 large potatoes in their skins
  • 3 eggs
  • 2-3 cucumbers
  • 300 grams mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • Bunch of dill
  • A couple of garlic cloves
  • 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes and eggs until tender.

  2. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown.

  3. Fry the onions until soft.

  4. Fry the zucchini until crispy.

  5. Chop the cucumbers, dill, and garlic.

  6. Peel and chop the boiled potatoes and eggs.

  7. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  8. Add mayonnaise and salt, then mix well.
