Marinated Sweet Peppers for Winter
Ingredients
- 8-10 sweet peppers
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons 9% vinegar
Preparation
Blanch the sweet peppers in water.
Prepare the marinade using the same water by adding 2 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 4 tablespoons 9% vinegar.
Bring the marinade to a boil.
Pour the boiling marinade over the peppers in a 2-liter jar.
