Marinated Sweet Peppers for Winter

Ingredients

  • 8-10 sweet peppers
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons 9% vinegar

Preparation

  1. Blanch the sweet peppers in water.

  2. Prepare the marinade using the same water by adding 2 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 4 tablespoons 9% vinegar.

  3. Bring the marinade to a boil.

  4. Pour the boiling marinade over the peppers in a 2-liter jar.
